HOW TO ENTER: Go to www.Crowdrise.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to a) Join Barbra Streisand’s “Cedars-Sinai Women’s Heart Center” project team on Crowdrise (http://www.crowdrise.com/barbrastreisand/fundraiser/barbra) and b) Raise the most money for your project on Crowdrise from January 13, 2011 at 10:00am eastern time to February 7, 2011 at 11:59pm eastern time on Crowdrise (minimum amount to raise: $500.00) and you will win two tickets to MusiCares where Barbra Streisand will be honored as person of the year. Donations must be made online through Crowdrise. Offline donations do not count.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The fundraiser who raised the most money for Barbra Streisand’s “Cedars-Sinai Women’s Heart Center” project (http://www.crowdrise.com/barbrastreisand/fundraiser/barbra) on Crowdrise will be selected as the winner (minimum amount raised needs to be $500.00). Only online donations can be made to your project. Offline donations do not count. The winner announcement will be held on February 8, 2011. The Drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email at the email address assigned to their Crowdrise account on or about one (1) day after the date of the Drawing.
